First, you'll need to find the document on your teams and download it to your computer. Then, you'll need to change the dates to match when you'll be sending it out. You'll also need to fill in the information provided in the evaluation sheet or email. I'll walk you through how to fill in the name, address, square feet, parcel code, parcel number, APN, acres, purchase price, EMD, and seller information. If there's a broker involved, you'll need to change the information accordingly. Once you've filled in all the necessary information, you're ready to send out your LOI!
