As a provider admin, I have complete view access to all intakes, but as a provider, the view is much more limited. On the intake page, we can see all intakes regardless of status and filter them by signed provider, healthcare service, and labels. We can also see when the intake was submitted, the requested service, fees, insurance coverage, and if they&apos;re assigned a provider. We can review the intake and decide if it&apos;s a good fit, accept or decline it, and assign it to a provider. If we&apos;re logged in as a provider, we can only access the intake, waitlist, and our assignments, and we cannot see the name of the person or provider assigned to the intake for privacy reasons. We can accept or reject the intake and book an appointment with them, which will move it out of the intake process.</description></oembed>
