If you’ve seated a guest whose status changes to declined, TTO displays a Guest Attendance Change alert that lets you remove them from their seat, for example seat 1. Click the X to remove the guest from that seat. It also explains using filters in the Guest tab under Allocate Seat, including viewing only attending guests, only those with a specific tag, sorting alphabetically by household, and showing only unassigned guests.</description></oembed>
