To set it up, go to settings and the playground, opt in to automatic funding entitlements, and enable it to configure rates, including scheduling rate changes for future periods such as January or September next year. Then apply funding at the child level by selecting the correct entitlement, and the system automatically stretches funding for a 51-week care plan to 22.35 hours, with configurable applied from and to dates defaulting to the next available term. The funding can be verified in the child plan, and reviewed via the public funding report by adjusting the date range, such as showing Sarah on Working Parents with 111.75 funded hours.
