Viewers should go to Purchasing and create a new PO, then select the supplier’s tools and add them by choosing the Tools option instead of the standard material search. Tools can share the same PO with materials by adding each from its own section, and quantities should be updated accordingly. When moved to Received, the Reconcile button activates so tools can be reconciled to the correct destination and quantities applied. After reconciliation, tools appear under the Tools section in Stock, separate from materials, which continue to go to Stock as usual.
