Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following:

An Instagram Creator, Professional, or Business profile.

That Instagram profile must be connected to a Facebook Business Page.

These are Meta’s requirements, not the tool’s.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Start the Integration
On the tool/platform you&apos;re using, click the “Connect” button to start the process.

A Meta window will open (Facebook/Instagram integration window).

Step 2: Select the Correct Business Account
The window may show a list of Facebook Business Pages.

Select the correct business page — the one that’s connected to your Instagram Creator/Professional account.

Step 3: Choose the Correct Instagram Account
Next, Meta will list Instagram accounts linked to your selected business page.

Choose your Instagram account from the list.

Step 4: Grant Permissions
Meta will ask for permission to access data from Facebook and Instagram.

Click “Continue” and then “Save” or “Allow” to accept all permissions.

Wait for the confirmation message that says “You’re connected.”

Click “Got it” to return to the original platform.

After You Connect
What You’ll See
A message saying “Successful” or “Connected.”

Instagram stats for the last 30 days should start appearing.

You’ll see a section like “My Posts” populate with your Instagram content.

This is not instantaneous — it will update in the background.

What to Expect
Older data might appear temporarily (from old APIs) — you can delete it or leave it.

Thumbnails may take time to appear — contact support if they don’t show up.

Stories will not automatically attach to campaigns.

You’ll need to manually assign them to campaigns from the dashboard.

Future Updates
Facebook post data will be added soon.

Full story tracking and Facebook integration is expected by the end of the year.

Need Help?
If Instagram data hasn’t updated by the next day, reach out to the support team.

Delays can occur due to Meta’s system behavior, not your settings.</description></oembed>
