If a contact requests to be removed from our list, you can easily do this from either the conversations or contacts tab by selecting D&D for all channels. This action ensures that they won't receive any automated follow-ups or calls while they're on the D&D list. I also explain that if they opt out themselves by responding with 'stop,' you won't be able to override that. Please make sure to follow these steps when necessary to respect our contacts' preferences.
