I will guide you through the process of adding a new member by entering their name and email. If you want to control their diary and availability, you&apos;ll need to use an email that you can access but isn&apos;t linked to your account. Alternatively, if you&apos;re comfortable with them managing their own data, you can use their own email. Once you&apos;ve added their email and selected their role and location, you can create an invite that will prompt them to create a linked GLODA account. I&apos;ll also explain how to toggle between your availability and their availability in the diary, as well as how to book treatments for them.
