You can apply filters based on specific campaigns, reps, statuses, engagements, or channels to narrow down your selection. Once you've set your filters, simply select all the prospects you want to export and click the export button on the right side to download a CSV file. I also highlight that you'll see the total number of prospects being exported in the CSV. Please make sure to follow these steps to efficiently manage your prospect lists.
