If you receive a message stating that the primary borrower must be the subject property owner, you need to go to the Financial Info tab and locate the subject property under Real Estate Owned. By temporarily checking the co-borrower's box and saving, both can be set as temporary owners. After that, you can return to the Borrower Info tab and manage borrowers to swap their positions. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process.
