In this Loom I review the Gen-T course framework I built over the past 8 months for intelligent OCR, from SOTA limitations to a deterministic pipeline with validation and a judge plus retry layer. I trained on 80,000 plus internal documents and compared against prior approaches, reporting 100 percent accuracy, 0 hallucinations, and 0 wrong accepted values on validated cases. In production, 50 documents are auto accepted with auto correct, processing takes 16 seconds per document and costs about 0.01 per document. I would love to set up a call so I can explain and integrate the OCR with your system using my adapter pattern.</description></oembed>
