This tutorial explains how to set your Availability in Acuity and How to Sync your Calendars to Acuity. Thanks for taking the time to watch and follow along.

**In this demo, we are looking at week of April 10th, 2023**

If you&apos;re a coach with more than one online calendar, you&apos;ll likely find it helpful to connect all of your calendars with Acuity. This way, appointments that you have scheduled or that get scheduled - whether on your Boon calendar, or your other calendars - will block off time from your Boon scheduling link that your clients see.
The very first step is to decide on and set your general availability.

In this example, let&apos;s say I set my daily availability 9-5pm on Monday- Friday. This means I would be willing for a client to schedule with me any time in that timeframe, provided I don&apos;t have another meeting or session or event going on. Everyone&apos;s schedule and commitments are different, so choose the days and hours that work for you. Just be sure to provide enough hours to take on the required amount of Boon clients.

Before I sync anything in my calendar, you&apos;ll see from my scheduling link that I&apos;m open, 9-5 - so a client could schedule with me at any of those times.
There are a few ways of integrating or syncing your calendars, I&apos;ll share the recommended path.

As a first step, connect your Boon calendar (as shown).
1. Click sync with other calendars
2. Click connect with Google Calendar
3. Choose your BOON calendar
4. Click Allow
5. Choose BOON from the dropdown.

If you have another gmail calendar that you want to sync, what you&apos;ll need to do is share that calendar with your Boon calendar, within gmail
1. Open up your personal calendar
2. Hover over your calendar&apos;s name, and click the 3 dots
3. Click Settings &amp; Sharing
4. Scroll down to &quot;Share with Specific People&quot; and add your Boon email address

You may need to accept the invitation from your Boon email, and then Subscribe to the calendar.

Come back to Acuity, and in the secondary option, choose that calendar.

If you have several email addresses and calendars, like many coaches do, you&apos;ll be able to repeat these steps to add your additional calendars.

You can test what this looks like from the client&apos;s perspective, by clicking on your direct scheduling link.

If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can also add that calendar by following the.guided instructions.

We hope this is helpful and that your calendar is syncing as expected. You can always reach out to our team for support</description></oembed>
