I navigate to Reservations, open a reservation, then scroll to the financial section. I hover the line item, select reclassify line, choose full amount or a portion, pick the new line type, and enter the amount. If needed, I add a description and select a posting date such as check in, check out, booking, or custom. I click save, and the system creates a new line and adjusts the original.
