We aim to address shared challenges in recruitment, retention, and program building while creating a supportive community among educators. Participants will engage in monthly workshops and mentoring sessions, culminating in virtual open houses in April and May 2026. I encourage everyone to actively participate by completing five deliverables—four low-lift and one high-lift—by July 1, 2026.
