When a client submits a new booking, my team gets an internal notification with the client first name, phone, date, and message, the client gets an email confirmation with Google Meet details, and a new opportunity is created in the pipeline. Then reminders run the day before, and again one hour before, with email and SMS. After completion I send a thank you and review message an hour later. Reschedules and cancellations update tags and pipeline stages, and cancellations trigger follow ups two days later. No action is requested from you.</description></oembed>
