In this Loom, I&apos;ll show you how to assign recruiters to headcounts in Timo Hanna. There are two ways to do this. The first way is from the Recruiting Workboard. If you&apos;re looking at the full table of the hiring plan, you can scroll to the right and find the recruiter column. If you scroll down, let&apos;s find one that doesn&apos;t have a recruiter assigned. There is a plus recruiter button here that you can click and you&apos;ll either be able to scroll from the list here or you can search somebody&apos;s name in the search bar. Note that you&apos;ll only be able to choose from people that have Team Ohana accounts. So if you have a recruiter on your team who has not yet been invited to Team Ohana they will not show up in this drop down. The other way you can assign a recruiter is if you click into the headcount itself, it will open in a new tab and one of the sub tabs on the headcount page is the hiring details page or tab. From here you also have a recruiter. Hope this helps!</description></oembed>
