Brandon Comstock from Landscapers by Nature in Calgary here. We're a landscaping company with around 50 employees that services large apartment and townhome complexes. Today, I want to introduce you to our software platform, IssueID, that we built to solve a major issue we had in our landscape. We've decided to share it with the world and other contractors as well. In this quick demo, I'll show you how the platform works. You'll see a list of all your properties and a pin on the map where they all are. We use IssueID to identify issues on the site or those that the customer has sent in by taking a photo. The platform clocks the GPS location of each issue and puts a corresponding issue on the right-hand side of the screen. We find things like tree removals, sidewalk edging, shrub removals, and more. Customers can log in, view the issue, and order them directly from the platform. Check it out!
