Admins can set separator options (space, dash, or underscore), due date format (day, month, year or year, month, date), and name format (first, middle, last or last and first), with the ability to reset to default. The feature includes a fallback default naming rule per document type and uses AI to read uploaded documents and populate placeholders in the naming pattern. The Loom also demonstrates editing existing document types, such as driver license with options to use DL or full initials, and covers customizing patterns for many document categories.
