When someone registers for a webinar, the system automatically creates an activity record and a contact record if one does not already exist. Attendees by Events can then be run from Reports under a new Webinars folder, using the webinar ID, to pull first name, last name, email, and fields for whether they have a username, which can be exported to Excel or CSV for filtering. Instead of pre-creating users, the email includes a Forgot Password link so IMIS can create a user when they enter their email. Finally, it proposes using the webinar ID in place of the provided code, in either the product code or store code.
