The user can upload a job description or type a basic search query, and AI analyzes it to generate a job description, core skills, titles, and more, then the user selects experience level and budget range. In the review section, recruiters can adjust titles, required and optional skills, location, budget, and experience, then click create job so AI sources candidates matching those filters. After creation, the Cloud ID Verified section shows candidate details including AI interview score, years of experience, skills, location, salary, interviews, and allows viewing profiles, resumes, chatting, downloading resumes, and shortlisting candidates to the pipeline.
