When sharing, you can review what will be attached, including the delivery record’s upstream deliveries, items, processes, locations, organizations, and any attached documents and references, and you can use Redaction and Private Document for sensitive information. The recipient gets an email immediately, then clicks View Delivery and enters a verification code sent in a separate email to access the shared record limited to that one delivery. After the recipient’s review, you can revoke access in the Deliveries Shared tab by deleting their email, which deactivates the link instantly while leaving the delivery itself untouched in your workspace.</description></oembed>
