In Settings under Workflow and Devices, you create a Custom Field Definition for Property, naming it (for example, Test11 or PxTest11), then save it. Afterward, on a specific property you add instructions text for that field (for example, parking directions), and when editing a guide you insert the new shortcode (appearing as px test11 in brackets) into the relevant content area. When saved, the guide displays the property specific custom field content automatically.
