The I-9 establishes your authorization to work in the United States. I will show you how to access the form through your Every account and navigate to the Delaware Tender Staffing LLC view. You will need to agree to the electronic signature and complete Section 1, providing any other last names. Whether you are a citizen, non-citizen, or lawful permanent resident, you can use the I-9 to work for TEND. In Section 2, you will upload your documents, either a List A document or List B and List C documents. I will provide a link to the list of acceptable documents. I will demonstrate selecting List A and entering passport details, or if you don't have a List A document, I will guide you through selecting List B (driver's license) and List C (social security card).
