I also discuss the five key principles for effective professional learning that can guide our efforts to prepare PL attendees for Reading Horizons implementation. Finally, I propose some changes we can make to fully incorporate all five principles of effective professional learning, including employing a blended learning approach and utilizing digital tools for content delivery.
