The presenter turns on an Agency Controls setting for unclaimed commission so agents can view the Unclaimed Booking tab and optionally adjust the visible fields. Agents can search, review, submit a claim, and once submitted the booking is hidden from view; the agency owner then approves or denies it, triggering approval or denial emails to the agent, and denials return the booking to the pool. The Loom also notes a soon-to-come toggle to require documentation for claims and demonstrates how removing the confirmation number column limits filtering by that field.
