From the program page under Assigned learners, use the three dots next to a learner to choose Withdraw or Remove. Withdraw applies when the learner has taken any action, puts them in read-only status, and prevents them from submitting activities or hours, but you can re-enroll them later without losing their status. Remove is available when the learner has taken no action, simply removes them without saving progress, and they can be added again using the blue Assign button. You can also access these options from the learner’s profile under Assigned Programs.
