This enhancement streamlines the workflow for managing incorrect or invalid entries by allowing users to revert leases back to a pending status, make necessary edits, and rerun transactions.

When auto-approvals are not enabled, new transactions will enter a Pending Approval status. Users can then approve or reject these entries as needed.

Approved transactions will post to the General Ledger (GL) and appear in relevant GL reports. Two new fields—NetLease Created By and NetLease Approved By—have been added to track user activity on transactions.</description></oembed>
