Open the PO and change its status to Received or Partially Received, then drag the PO from the board into the Received column to activate the Reconcile button. Choose where the received materials should go by selecting the destination such as a job or location, then confirm to update the PO automatically to partially received when fewer than the requested units arrive, for example receiving 10 instead of 15.
