Right now there are two contacts, and you can customize the screen to display whatever you want. In the top right, click Add contact, enter the name, phone number, drop off and pickup address, referral date, and time zone, then save. After saving, you can email or contact the person by phone and SMS, and you can view activity on the side. I asked you to let us know if you want anything else added to the display.
