We have two sizes: large, which is typically blue or yellow, and small, with different designs. The large measures 6.7 centimeters in width, while the small is 6.5 centimeters but is a bit thicker. I recommend measuring the outer edges of your upper molars; if you're around 6.3 centimeters and above, go for the large, and if you're 6.2 centimeters and below, choose the small. Please take these measurements to ensure you select the correct size.
