We've introduced a Smart Notification filter that provides granular control over when vendors receive notifications, distinguishing between parent work orders and scheduled or recurring ones. There are four key notification events, including new work orders and updates, which can be customized for assignees and followers. I've also showcased new email templates that clearly differentiate between regular and scheduled work orders, eliminating vendor confusion. I encourage you to explore these settings in the Admin section to enhance communication and clarity.
