Report Builder: This button will pull up a report based on the Workbook you are on, the Page you are on, and the Filters you have applied. Example: On Clinic Volumes you will build a report on Schedule Outcomes while on Patients you will build a report on Patient Demographics. Report Builder Unique Filters: There are unique filters to the Report you have built based on the Workbook you are on. Example: Clinic Volumes can filter by Established and No Patients while Patients can filter by Payor Category. Date Filtering and Visualization: You can choose an exact date range to display on the Report you have built. You can also choose how to categorize and visualize the data from that date range. Example: Monthly vs Daily view of Schedule outcomes on Clinic Volumes. Generate CSV: Once you have built your report, you can click the Generate CSV button to instantly download the report. You can choose an Excel or CSV File for easy distribution in your organization. Subscriptions: You can also subscribe to Reports if you would like them delivered to your Inbox on a set timeline. *Subscription Feature Requires a Master Insights Account. View Underlying Data: This feature is available on many of the Data Visualizations on DOCPACE Insights. It will instantly build a report based on the visualization you have selected - Instantly Applying Date Range and Data Category Filtering based on the Visualization. Example: View Underlying Data on a specific Month's Appointment Retention Bar on Growth will build a report on only that Month.
