I wanted to show you our new RO feature, the repair order authorization form. We&apos;ve created a new place inside your workflow where you can attach it to the waiting for authorization stage. With just a few clicks, you can generate the form, pulling information from the shop management system and displaying fees and other details. You can then send it to the customer via text, email, or both. The customer can easily view and sign the form, and their signature and IP address will be recorded for added security. Check out the video for a step-by-step demonstration!</description></oembed>
