In this video, I'll be walking you through the CAMPAY Merchant Reporting system as it relates to remote pay management. As a remote pay manager, you'll see different items on the left-hand side of the screen compared to a corporate admin or regional manager. However, all three user roles have at least two menu items in common. The first entry page is a quick hit dashboard, where you'll see transactions that are going to expire either today, tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. These transactions need to be addressed immediately if they are supposed to settle. If you have any transactions in the red, orange, or yellow boxes, you'll want to make sure that you've addressed whether they need to be voided, canceled, settled, or if you need to talk to the customer to see if they're going to pick up their order soon. Then, we can look at information for stores, where you can see all activity in the last seven days for a specific store. You can also see transactions that are pending, prepaid transactions that are currently waiting to be settled or canceled, and modifications waiting for customer approval.
