Once marked, a lock icon appears and only people added to that specific search, or admins, can see it. Notes you leave are automatically confidential when you add them by opening a profile inside the confidential search. If you leave a note outside the search, it is not marked confidential. I recommend avoiding notes in the Chrome extension, and note that viewers not in the search can still see the profile but not the confidential search details.</description></oembed>
