It covers how to identify missed stops by viewing the route for red highlighted stops labeled Missed Stop, using the warnings icon, or generating a Missed Stops report by running it for a selected time frame. The first scenario is when the trailer did not visit the stop at all, confirmed in the Route Data tab where the stop does not appear in visited locations. The second scenario is when the trailer visited the stop but did not meet the minimum required stop time, such as a 10 minute requirement where the driver only stayed for 2 minutes, verified in Route Data by checking the location dwell time.
