I discuss my learning objectives, which included understanding the logistics of running a nonprofit, conducting research, and community outreach. I also share my experiences in participating in food rescues and creating a food resource guide for East Boston residents. All in all, I am very proud of the work I did with Food Rescue U.S. this summer and hope to continue working with them in the future!</description></oembed>
