With Z-Net, users can quickly access essential information about their property, including zoning codes, overlays, and hazard zones, all in under seven seconds. I integrated over 15 different government APIs to streamline the process for 1.2 million parcels across three jurisdictions. My goal is to eliminate the confusion and time-consuming task of understanding rebuilding regulations, so those affected by the fires can focus on recovery.
