I walk you through clicking Resident, opening the resident profile, using Edit to unlock fields, updating key details like email and mobile number, then clicking Submit so changes take effect immediately. To add a family member, start by selecting the building and apartment first, then the member badge appears automatically. After that, fill in their info, click Next to set pin, RF card, or face ID, and Submit to finish and send their welcome email. No extra action is requested besides following these steps.
