I run the Django app locally, open the hosted link, and show the frontend where you can add a title, category, caption, and upload an image, then see it displayed. I also mention that I built it using the Cloudinary API, including models for title, caption, category, image, and upload time. For uploading, I use models and post logic connected to Cloudinary with API key and API secret, and I remind that those should not be public.
