The workflow automatically records a user’s privacy request, calculates the response deadline, updates the tracker, and sends an acknowledgement email to the subject. The presenter runs the NA10 workflow and submits a sample request through a privacy request form, selecting deletion and entering request details. After submission, the request appears in the company spreadsheets with the date received, requester name, email, request type, request details, and the deadline, and the subject receives a confirmation email stating the request has been received and is being reviewed.
