It is available only for the new competency type capabilities framework, not supported for legacy competencies, and is designed to let users evaluate only the competencies that matter while using behavior-based ratings and comments with real time summaries against targets. The experience supports two modes: Ad Hoc Assessment for dynamically selecting competencies and Critical Competency Assessment with predefined target levels that users cannot change. The assessments auto populate behaviors, allow optional skipping, and exclude unrated behaviors from the generated summary; submitted competency assessments are saved individually for later revisit. The feature will be available in stage and preview first, then production with the July release, enabled by default for customers who have competency type capabilities activated.</description></oembed>
