The platform is designed to streamline the lifecycle of student projects—from proposal submission to final evaluation. I walk through key features including user authentication, role-based dashboards (for students, advisors, and administrators) project tracking evaluation workflows and file management. As the sole developer I built the entire system end-to-end including UI/UX design, frontend development, and backend implementation using modern web technologies. This video demonstrates how Project HUB supports better collaboration, transparency and efficiency in managing academic projects.
