In this Loom, I will show you how to register a family in the KinderTales CRM+. First, we will start on your website&apos;s inquiry form, which should look something like this. Once the family fills out the form, we can head over to KinderTales and click on CRM+. Now let&apos;s go find this lead. Go to the Leads tab, click View CRM, followed by the Children tab. Once we click into this page, we can see the Kanban board view that displays all the leads at this location across varied stages on their inquiry to enrollment process. Here, we can locate the sample child that just submitted an inquiry, and in order to register that child, we can simply drag this card into closed one. Once we have moved the child into closed one in the CRM, we have a dialog box that will open, and we can select the reasons why.
