I set the heat press to 320 degrees. I cut out my individual QR code labels and center one on the garment where I want it, then place Teflon protective paper over the top. I press with firm pressure until I feel a click, then a countdown timer starts. When it reaches zero, the press opens, I remove the Teflon paper and protective covering, and the heat press is good to go. Action is to follow these steps to apply your QR label.
