Using a pipeline from raw order data through cleaning and feature analysis, it performs demand pattern analysis, bottleneck evaluation, and 70 demand forecasting with Prophet for fast, explainable short horizon city level forecasts. The Streamlit dashboard shows real time KPIs such as total orders, average delivery time, and average order value, plus insights like evening demand exceeding lunch across all cities and Bangalore and Mumbai driving the highest operational load and surge orders. It also includes peak demand heat maps by hour and city, SLA district delivery distribution, and recommendations for peak demand windows, forecast driven operations, and dynamic search optimization to reduce delays and search inefficiencies.</description></oembed>
