The shortcut Shift Ctrl X works everywhere, but it fails when I am expanding sections on this webpage. When I click inside an expanded section after selecting text, the pop up does not launch, and I can hear clicks without anything happening. If I select the text and then run Ctrl Shift X, it works, so something about expanding sections is not recognizing the selected words. I am asking us to look into what is causing this strange behavior.
