I demonstrate how to create a new activity, attach necessary documents, and notify CoverFlow to start processing. Once completed, CoverFlow uploads the results back to Epic, making it easy for account managers to review and send to clients. I also tease upcoming features, including the ability to automatically create new policy information in Epic.
