I built a CARPA submission with a usable internal operations tool for PG reservation, lead management, and a CRM MVP. The live deployed dashboards show total leads, new leads, scheduled visits, bookings, conversation rate, and available bids, plus leads by status. I implemented lead capture with fields like budget, preferred location, move in date, and owner, and pipeline stages from new to booked. I also added visit scheduling, property availability with occupancy and bids, and reservations that auto reduce bids and move leads to booked.
