I realized that many women I worked with were likely neurodivergent and not responding to traditional treatment models, which led me to develop a new approach to support ADHD individuals affirmatively. Despite facing resistance and losing some reputation in my community, I found a significant demand for this type of care, receiving six to seven referrals weekly. I encourage viewers to consider the importance of neurodivergent affirming care and to reflect on how we can better support those who don&apos;t fit traditional models.</description></oembed>
